GLOW
Blend GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 (sans KPV)
GLOW is a peptide stack built on a shared core — GHK-Cu, TB-500 and BPC-157 — acting synergistically to support tissue repair, recovery, regeneration and skin radiance. GHK-Cu restructures and regenerates skin, hair and tissue; TB-500 promotes systemic recovery and mobility; BPC-157 targets localized repair, wound healing and digestive comfort. GLOW (without KPV) is focused on skin, collagen, radiance, anti-aging and recovery. For an added anti-inflammatory, digestive comfort and immunomodulatory component, see KLOW. For research use only.

Potential benefits
Healthy, radiant skin
Stimulation of collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans for firmer, more elastic, more radiant skin.
Tissue repair
Support for the repair of muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue.
Optimal recovery
Faster recovery between workouts and after injuries.
Anti-aging & regeneration
Sustained cellular renewal for a more youthful appearance and better skin quality.
Mobility & flexibility
Improved flexibility, joint mobility and reduced stiffness.
Mechanism of action
- GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide): a peptide naturally present in human plasma; stimulates fibroblast proliferation, increases synthesis of collagen (I, III, IV), elastin and glycosaminoglycans, acts as a potent antioxidant, accelerates wound healing and supports hair health (anagen phase, follicles).
- TB-500: promotes cell migration and tissue repair systemically, improves joint flexibility and mobility, supports muscle, tendon and ligament recovery, reduces inflammation and tissue stress.
- BPC-157: supports localized repair of soft tissue, muscles, tendons and ligaments, stimulates angiogenesis and tissue oxygenation, protects and repairs the gastric/intestinal mucosa, anti-inflammatory and wound-healing effect.
Evolution over time
Improved sleep, less pain, more supple joints, increased energy.
Faster recovery, less inflammation, better mobility, smoother skin.
Stronger tissue, visible healing and repair, healthier and more radiant skin.
Durable results, prevention and protection, continued regeneration, improved quality of life.
Dosages & protocol
Reference dosages
8 wk + 2 off
In the evening or before bed (nighttime recovery), after training, or daily for continuous support. Consistency and regularity are key.
Varies by component: GHK-Cu and BPC-157 have a short plasma half-life (minutes to ~1-2 h); TB-500 has a plasma half-life of a few hours but prolonged tissue retention (several days).
Titration protocol
Stay on one step and let natural accumulation work. Progress slowly.
The shared core of the stack
GLOW is built on a shared core of complementary peptides: GHK-Cu + TB-500 + BPC-157. Together, they act synergistically to support tissue repair, recovery, regeneration and skin radiance.
- GHK-Cu — Restructure & regenerate: collagen, elastin, glycosaminoglycans, skin quality and radiance, wound healing, hair health.
- TB-500 — Recovery & mobility: muscle and tendon recovery, flexibility, suppleness, tissue regeneration.
- BPC-157 — Repair & comfort: repair of tissue, muscles, ligaments and tendons, digestive comfort, reduced inflammation.
GLOW or KLOW?
The difference lies in KPV (Lysine–Proline–Valine), found only in KLOW.
- GLOW (WITHOUT KPV) — Focus: skin, collagen, radiance, anti-aging & aesthetics, recovery & tissue repair.
- KLOW (WITH KPV) — Adds a potent anti-inflammatory component, digestive comfort & gut barrier support, immunomodulation.
- KLOW is described for cases of chronic inflammation, digestive discomfort or immune imbalance.
Administration
- Subcutaneous (SC) or intramuscular (IM) injection.
- Recommended sites: abdomen, thighs, upper arms (back), hips.
- Needles: 29G – 31G, 4 to 8 mm (SC); 25G – 27G (IM).
- Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water; sterile hygiene, never reuse needles.
No regeneration without a foundation
GLOW is described as optimizing the body's natural recovery capacity, with lifestyle habits remaining the foundation of any lasting transformation.
- Sleep: 7 to 9 quality hours.
- Nutrition: quality protein, antioxidants, omega-3s, zinc, vitamin C, magnesium.
- Hydration: aim for 30 to 40 ml of water per kg of body weight per day.
- Stress management and regular physical activity.
Safety, quality & transparency
- For research use only — not intended for human or animal consumption.
- Highly purified peptides (purity > 98%), batch-by-batch traceability.
- Consult a healthcare professional before any use.
Usage tips
- Start with a low dose and adjust according to individual response.
- Consistency is key: moderate, steady doses give better long-term results.
- Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water; never freeze reconstituted peptides.
- Store refrigerated (2°C – 8°C), away from light; use within about 10 weeks of reconstitution.
- Use a fine needle (29G – 31G, 4 to 8 mm for SC) and sterile equipment; never reuse needles.
- Follow the cycles and allow appropriate breaks between each cycle.
Good to know / effects to watch
- As a blend (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500), reported effects combine those of its components.
- Injection-site reactions (redness, discomfort) commonly described.
- May be observed: transient nausea or dizziness, often attributed to TB-500.
- Metallic taste or local irritation associated with the copper in GHK-Cu.
- Transient fatigue described at the start of use.
- Caution with prolonged use: a theoretical risk of copper overload (GHK-Cu) is discussed. Avoid in cases of active cancer or severe infection.
Storage
- Before reconstitution: lyophilized powder refrigerated (2-8 °C), protected from light.
- After reconstitution (bacteriostatic water): refrigerate (2-8 °C), protect from light; use within the following weeks (up to ~8-10 weeks depending on storage).
- Never freeze the reconstituted solution.
Contraindications
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Active cancer or history of cancer (cell proliferation / angiogenesis: caution with GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC-157).
- Severe uncontrolled infection.
- Wilson's disease or a copper-metabolism disorder / copper overload (GHK-Cu).
- Known hypersensitivity to any of the peptides.
