Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Sale ("ToS") govern the contractual relationship between RAL PEPTIDES (the "Publisher", see Legal Notice) and any legally competent adult individual placing an order on the ral-peptides.com website (the "Customer").

The products offered for sale are laboratory peptides and accessories intended exclusively for scientific research use. They are neither intended nor authorized for any human or animal use, consumption, administration or therapeutic application whatsoever. The Customer declares that they are acquiring the products for research purposes only and undertakes to use them in accordance with the regulations in force in their country.

Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which prevail over any other document unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Products and prices

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible on the site. Prices shown in the shop are in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges, which are stated before the order is confirmed.

The Publisher reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

A bottle of bacteriostatic water is offered with every order, while stocks last.

3. Order

The Customer builds their cart on the site and then confirms their order by providing their details (identity, delivery address, contact information). No online payment is taken at this stage: the site does not include a payment module.

Once the order is recorded, the Publisher's bank details (IBAN) are sent to the Customer by email for payment by bank transfer. The Customer indicates their order number as the transfer reference; the Publisher matches the payment to the order using that reference.

The order is only considered firm and final once the Publisher has confirmed receipt of payment. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a stock shortage, an obvious anomaly, or doubt as to the compliance of the stated use.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered to the following zones: mainland France and Belgium (shipping fee: €5), and all other destinations — rest of the European Union, United Kingdom and Norway (€15). The exact delivery charges are calculated and displayed before the order is confirmed.

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination, from confirmation of payment. This timeframe is indicative only and is not contractual.

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. Any return due to an incorrect address may result in additional charges.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumer Customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or bear any penalty.

By way of exception, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery. Products delivered under seal are therefore not accepted for return once that seal has been broken.

To exercise this right, the Customer must inform the Publisher of their decision by email or via Telegram, using the contact details given in the Legal Notice, before the deadline expires. Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, at the Customer's expense unless otherwise stated.

6. Legal warranties

Under the conditions provided for by law, products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

7. Liability

The products sold are exclusively reserved for laboratory research use by qualified individuals. The Publisher cannot be held liable for any misuse, use unsuited to their intended purpose, or use contrary to applicable regulations.

The Publisher does not provide any medical advice, and the information available on the site (guides, protocols, calculators) is provided for purely informational purposes — see the Legal Notice.

8. Complaints

For any complaint, the Customer may contact the Publisher at contact@ral-supply.com or via Telegram. The Publisher strives to respond as quickly as possible in order to find an amicable solution.

9. Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
